This policy explains what personal information YT Loaded ("we", "us") collects through ytloaded.com and how we use it. Contact us any time at hello@ytloaded.com.
What we collect
When you send an order request, we collect your name, email address, business name, chosen package, the description of your business, and anything optional you add, such as a phone number, LINE or WhatsApp contact, or a link to your photos or videos.
When you email us, we keep the emails and anything you attach.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, confirm your order and send payment details.
- To build your YouTube channel and create your Shorts.
- To transfer channel ownership to the Google account you give us.
- To keep basic business and tax records.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our web and email host, our payment provider when you pay, and Google/YouTube when we set up and transfer your channel. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Our home page shows a YouTube video using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies when you play it.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years afterwards for accounting purposes. Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ytloaded.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
