Terms of service

These terms apply when you order a YouTube channel package from YT Loaded. By sending an order request and paying, you agree to them.

1. The service

We create a brand-new YouTube channel for your business, brand it, set it up, and produce the number of original Shorts in your package (10, 30 or 60), with titles, descriptions, tags and a posting schedule.

2. Ordering and payment

Sending the order form is a request, not a contract. We confirm the details by email and send a payment link. Work starts once payment is received. Prices are one-time and shown in US dollars.

3. Timelines

Delivery times (5, 10 or 14 days) start once we have your payment and everything we need from you. We'll tell you straight away if anything will delay delivery.

4. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on our pricing. A revision round is one set of changes to the Shorts or branding already made.

5. Ownership

When the work is complete and paid for, we transfer full ownership of the channel to the Google account you give us, and we remove our own access. You own the channel and the Shorts we made for it.

6. Your content

If you send us logos, photos, video or audio, you confirm you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them to make your channel.

7. AI-generated content

Some footage in your Shorts may be created with AI tools. We label it on YouTube where YouTube's rules require it.

8. Results

We don't promise any number of views, subscribers, or monetisation. YouTube's algorithm and policies are outside our control.

9. YouTube's rules

Your channel must follow YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We won't make content that breaks them.

10. Refunds

If we haven't started work, we'll refund you in full. Once work has started, we'll refund any part of the package we haven't delivered.
